OBFT Group Training
For all the benefits and exhilaration of our personal training sessions, we offer small group training that will provide you with some friendly competition, motivation, and all at a fraction of the cost.
Expect to be challenged in every class as you either go through
– Spin & Slide program, which is a finely tuned mixture of spinning & sled work
– Warrior Class, a vigorous 8-15 maneuver circuit workout
Classes are offered at various times throughout the day and week.
